This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat,Haryana for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting technical solutions, and supporting the sales team with product knowledge and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support and solutions to clients as required
- Identify, approach, and develop potential clients across industries using CNC cutting tools.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repetitive sales.
- Explain technical features, applications, and benefits of our CNC tools to customers.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, application, and product development teams.
- Develop and implement effective sales and market penetration strategies.
- Conduct engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide expert technical guidance.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, machining practices, and cutting tool technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to address and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Must Have
- Experience in cnc cutting tools and sales engineering.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Strong technical understanding of CNC tools and machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Sales and Customer Service skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Sonipat,Haryana India.
- Experience in the machining or tooling industry is a must.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
